Royale. However, when considering your
stay at this resort, you may want to consider one of the
lovely casitas (featured in this page), or one of the
junior suites
in the village section of the resort. Regardless of
where you stay, we know you'll enjoy every minute of it.

El Dorado
Royale, we take the traditional Mexican saying “Mi
Casa Es Su Casa" quite literally. It is how we define our
way of thinking, service and hospitality. This casually
elegant, adults-only beachfront resort offers a unique
setting for romantic and relaxing getaways. It is the
perfect destination whether you are honeymooning or just

From the moment you step into the property you will
experience the signature service of El Dorado Royale. Before
checking in you will be greeted by our staff and welcomed
with a complimentary glass of champagne.
After checking in one of our staff members will accompany
you to your Casita Suite and along the way show you
the main highlights of the resort. We would not dare making
this claim ourselves, but one of our loyal guests
volunteered this comment: “If I had to use one word to
describe El

El Dorado Casita Suites
feature a roofless shower (see the stars and the moon while
having a shower), high ceilings, palapa roof, double sink,
full bath and shower, private room for the toilet, ocean
view jacuzzi, an oversized balcony with breathtaking views
of the Caribbean sea. DVD & CD player. Ocean Front Casita
Suites special treats include: DVD library, upgraded
amenities kit, exclusive concierge service 9.00am-6.00pm,
lounge, guaranteed seating for specialty restaurants, turn

Individual Casita Suite - The individual Casita
Suites are unique, stand alone one room building directly
facing the Caribbean Sea.
Swim Up Casita - Enjoy all of the features of the
Ocean Front Casita Suite, relax on your water-mirror balcony
and step directly into an unique lazy river that connects to
the main pool with swim up bar.
Along with all the standard furnishings, the Casita suites
feature high ceilings with a thatched roof, double sink,
full bath and shower, an ocean view indoor Jacuzzi, an
oversized balcony with breathtaking views of the Caribbean
and a DVD player with a selection of some DVD's. We know
that there will be days or special occasions when you will
not feel like visiting one of the restaurants. For those
special moments we have a 24-hour room service available
(please see restaurant section for room-service menu). In
the room, a refrigerator is stocked and replenished daily
with water, soft drinks and beer. Lastly, perhaps the most
unique and popular attribute of the Casita suites is the
open air shower, which we call Aguas del Amor. It is truly
an inspiring experience to take a moonlit shower under the
stars.
Regardless, however, of which room-type you select, we
promise that your stay will be as comfortable and pleasant
as we can possibly make it. Of course, non–smoking rooms are
available upon request.
Infinity Casita Suite
- The Infinity Casita Suites enjoy ultimate privacy,
stunning views of the Caribbean Sea from the 2nd level and
their own private infinity pool. A cascading effect at the
edge of the pool brings the ocean to life and seemingly at
the tip of your fingers. They also feature 1 king bed, a
roofless shower (see the stars and the moon while having a
shower), high ceilings, palapa roof, double sink, full bath
and shower, private room for the toilet, ocean view Jacuzzi,
an oversized balcony with breathtaking views of the
Caribbean Sea. Infinity Casita Suites special treats

Presidential One Bedroom Casita - The romantically
designed Presidential one bedroom Casitas feature in
addition to the amenities described before , an oversized

offers an assortment of treatments for the body and soul.
Located in the center of the property, the El Dorado Royale
spa was created with the same motto of rest, relaxation and
romance. Among the many treatments, one of our most popular
offerings is the couples massage class.

To get the most out of your “spa experience”, we encourage
you to keep the following points in mind:
Reservations
How early should you arrive for your appointment? Please
arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We also
recommend that you take a 20-minute sauna or steam bath
prior to your treatment(s).
Cancellation policy
As a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists, we
require a 12-hours notice for cancellations or for
appointment changes. Without this advance notification you
will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment(s) fee.
Male or female therapist?
When making your appointment please be sure to let us know
the gender preference of your therapist. We will do our best
to accommodate your request.

The more personal physical information we have for your
therapist the better we can serve you. It is important to
note that some of our treatments are not recommended for
pregnant women, people with high blood pressure or people
with allergies.
Gratuities & taxes
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be
given at your discretion. All treatment prices are in u.s.
dollars 10% tax (iva) included.
Hours of operation
Spa facilities are open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. This
includes gym amenities, sauna, steam room, showers and all
spa treatments.
For information and reservations, please dial the spa,
extension 3000 or make your appointment in person at the spa
reception desk.
Appointments should be made at least one day in advance.
All appointments are based on availability.
Prior to receiving your treatment(s), we recommend that you
leave all of your jewelry and valuables in the safety
deposit box located in your room. If you arrive late for
your reservation, your treatment may be shortened so that
the therapist is on time for his/her next appointment.
Appointments are automatically cancelled 10 minutes after
their scheduled time if you fail to arrive for your
