ACCOMMODATIONS |
“Hot tubs and Hammocks” is
how one of our guests summarized the atmosphere at El Dorado
Royale. We concur. Rest, relaxation and romance is our motto
and it was weaved into every aspect of the property
including the suites, as this is an all suite resort.
The decoration of its 605 Suites was inspired by local
Mexican motifs, providing for a wonderfully balanced
atmosphere. Each of the suites has indoor Jacuzzis so you
can extend your soaking pleasure into the privacy of your
accommodations. All rooms feature lovely wooden furniture
including king size or double beds, nightstands, and desk.
To cool down from the warm tropical breeze, each room has
individually controlled air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Other conveniences include a radio and alarm clock, safety
deposit box, private bath or shower, color satellite TV,
amenity kit, ironing board with iron, minibar and coffee
maker.
Finally, every terrace brings chairs and a hammock…there is
nothing quite as relaxing as being swung softly by a gentle
on-shore breeze. You may choose your accommodation from 5
available categories:
Jacuzzi Junior Suite Gardenview - All Junior suites
have a king size bed or 2 double beds, marble floors. All
rooms feature lovely wooden furniture including nightstands
and desk. Mini bar, in room-double Jacuzzi, private terrace
with a hammock.
Swim Up Jacuzzi Junior Suite - The same stylish
decoration and amenities as the Junior Suites but with the
great added value of being able to step directly from their
terrace into a lazy river which connects through the various
buildings. The bedding consists of 1 king size bed or 2
double beds.
Oceanview or Oceanfront Jacuzzi Junior Suite - Includes
1 king size bed or 2 double beds, an indoor Jacuzzi, vanity
table, table with 2 chairs, and private terrace with a
hammock, mini bar.
Presidential Suite - Oversized bathrooms for both
bedrooms, plasma screen TV and DVD player in both bedrooms,
surround sound theatre in living room, ceiling fans, air
conditioning, fine Italian linens, iron and ironing board in
both bedrooms, lavish amenities kit, private swimming pool
with personal chaise lounge chairs and beds, Jacuzzis
indoors and outdoors, hammock on private patio, blender,
coffee maker, microwave, stovetop all inside your personal

Located in the center of the property, the El Dorado Royale
spa was created with the same motto of rest, relaxation and
romance. Among the many treatments, one of our most popular
offerings is the couples massage class.

To get the most out of your “spa experience”, we encourage
you to keep the following points in mind:
Reservations
How early should you arrive for your appointment? Please
arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We also
recommend that you take a 20-minute sauna or steam bath
prior to your treatment(s).
Cancellation policy
As a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists, we
require a 12-hours notice for cancellations or for
appointment changes. Without this advance notification you
will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment(s) fee.
Male or female therapist?
When making your appointment please be sure to let us know
the gender preference of your therapist. We will do our best
to accommodate your request.

The more personal physical information we have for your
therapist the better we can serve you. It is important to
note that some of our treatments are not recommended for
pregnant women, people with high blood pressure or people
with allergies.
Gratuities & taxes
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be
given at your discretion. All treatment prices are in u.s.
dollars 10% tax (iva) included.
Hours of operation
Spa facilities are open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. This
includes gym amenities, sauna, steam room, showers and all
spa treatments.
For information and reservations, please dial the spa,
extension 3000 or make your appointment in person at the spa
reception desk.
Appointments should be made at least one day in advance.
All appointments are based on availability.
Prior to receiving your treatment(s), we recommend that you
leave all of your jewelry and valuables in the safety
deposit box located in your room. If you arrive late for
your reservation, your treatment may be shortened so that
the therapist is on time for his/her next appointment.
Appointments are automatically cancelled 10 minutes after
their scheduled time if you fail to arrive for your
